So today I looked around and I found some pretty cool easy to make gifts and decorations for Easter! Have at it! They're totally easy and fun and under five steps to make. Enjoy!
Easy To Make Easter Candy Pouches
What You'll Need:
- construction paper
- yarn or string
- scissors
- small hole punch
- candy
- googly eyes
- markers
- large eye needle or tape
What To Do:
1. The first thing you'll do is take construction paper and make four circles all of the same size. You will also need to cut out two rabbit ears, two duck feet, and a beak.
2. Then you're going to take the four circles you cut out and put them in pairs so you can punch holes in them as shown above.
3. Sew the two pieces together but before you completely close the duck and the bunny make sure you put some candy in there!
4. Attach the feet, ears, beak, and eyes and you're all set!

What You'll Need:Eggs
Store-bought or DIY egg dye (orange)
Pink pom-pom
White foam sheet or cardstock
Fine tip black marker
½ inch wide green curling ribbon
Stapler
Scissors
Craft glue
Invisible Tape
What To Do:
For bunny: Use a clean, white egg. Glue the pink pom-pom on the center of the egg. Cut out ear shapes from white foam or card stock. Dab flat ends of ears with glue and adhere to the top of the egg. When completely dry, draw eyes and whiskers on the egg with the black marker.
For carrot: Dye egg orange and let dry completely. Cut 5 pieces of ribbon, each about 10 inches long. Stack the ribbon pieces, fold in half, and staple at the fold. With scissors, curl ribbons. Fold a small tab in the ribbon at the point where you stapled. Dab glue on the tab and adhere to the top of the wider end of the egg. Use invisible tape to hold the ribbon in place until the glue dries.

Marbelizing Easter Eggs
What You'll Need:
- 1 to 2 dozen white eggs
- Food coloring
- White vinegar
- Olive oil
What To Do:
Step One: Prepare a range of base colors in deep mixing bowls. You can use standard colors or mix your own shades. In each bowl, combine 3 cups warm water, 2 tablespoons white vinegar, and 10 to 20 drops food coloring, depending on the intensity of color you desire. Place eggs in the dye and leave them submerged for a few minutes, until they become the desired shade.
Step Two: Remove the eggs and dry on paper towels. When you have dyed all the eggs with a light base color, you can prepare the marbling mixture. The color used for marbling can be a contrasting color or a darker shade of the base color. Pour 1 to 2 cups warm water into a shallow bowl; add the food coloring of your choice and 1 tablespoon olive oil. This will create the swirling patterns on the eggshell. The mixture should be no more than 1 inch deep.
Step Three: Using a fork, stir the oily liquid to create swirls on the surface. Holding a dyed egg in your hand, place it in the mixture and roll the whole surface of the egg around once to pick up the oil streaks. Pat the excess liquid with a paper towel and allow to dry.
Step Four: Leave the marbled eggs to dry on paper towels for a couple of hours, or overnight. Be sure to leave them somewhere they are not likely to be knocked over or dropped. The colors will become deeper and more intense as they dry and the color is absorbed into the shell.
