Picture an hour #3.75 - Instagram.

My day: as viewed through Instagram.
1.) Sudoku
2.) Cup
3.) Still searching
4.) New nose ring
5.) Painted nails
6.) Pandora.
7.) PANDORA

1.) This morning I was so bored that I decided to do a sudoku puzzle that I found in the newspaper.
2.) I drank some grape juice while doing the puzzle. Somehow I lost 4 pounds.
3.) The newspaper is still suggesting places for us to live as we have not found a place yet.
4.) I went to town to get a new nose ring, pick up some cider vinegar, and create a checking account.
5.) Got home and painted my nails even though I never do; I'm not feeling like myself though. So its okay.
6.) I got a new bead from the pandora store owner's husband: a graduation cap; how cute.
7.) I finished my book, so I enjoyed some PANDORA (internet radio) before bed. #sleepingatlast

now its time for bed.
I feel like someone else.
hopefully a good long sleep
will drive this strange intruder out.
well, we can only hope I'll come around.

picture and hour #3.5. / ahhh summer ♥.

Hello everyone,
Today has been simply amazing. If it was any indication of how the summer will go, then I am super duper excited. This morning I got to sleep in, in my bed with my new beautiful quilt from my aunt. It really is absolutely beautiful. I love it even more because it matches the yellow curtains I have and it brightens my room up. Then after I finally decided to wake up, I got my laptop running and I decided to play the Sims 3. I absolutely love this game because I can make people do whatever I want them to do. If you've never played it, you really need to. It is a blast. I never get bored with it. A little later I got up and around and ate some breakfast and got ready for my Garret to get here. Within another hour or so we were off to the beach enjoying the sunshine. The water was a little yucky, but it was too cold to swim in anyways. When the clouds came in and it started to drizzle, we headed to mackinaw for some icecream and because I had two beads to buy from the lovely PANDORA store to match the ones my Garret got me for graduation ♥ It was necessary because I have another bracelet to fill up now. Then we took off to petoskey and went shopping. Garret tried some clothes on in JCP and bought some new khakis, and I bought a new straightener and hair dryer and some clothes from MC Sports. We did look everywhere for a kindle fire, but of course everywhere was out of them. So, tomorrow Garret's coming over and if I can convince him, maybe after the beach we can go to Cheboygan to check if they have any. To finish off the amazing night, we had a late dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings. Yum.♥ & there you have it, my entire first day off.

My beautiful quilt. ♥

picture an hour #3.

I haven't done a 'picture an hour' in a couple months. So I decided that today would be a good day to do one. So here you have it, a picture an hour!

 8:00-9:00
This was what we did in Physics today. A whole lot of nothing. We basically just used noise makers and played around for the entire hour. I worked on my study guide instead because we have a test this Monday.

9:00-10:00
During this time Carly and I worked a little more on our ceiling tile. It is coming along so great! Then I went and got another tile from the senior hallway so that we can have the seniors all write their names on it.

10:00-11:00
This was Calculus for me today. We had a fire drill and a substitute so that was hilarious. And everyone brought the noise makers they made in Physics with them to calculus. So you can only imagine how the teacher was feeling. This was our last Calculus notes EVER, and we had a sub, so Mrs. Carter wrote some funny notes on the overhead.

11:00-12:00
In English we basically just worked on our final exams. Mine is coming along slowly. I finished the book a long time ago, I have just been slacking on the writing part. Only one more week to finish the entire project. We'll see how that gets done. I'll probably end up taking a day off of school next week. More than likely it will be Tuesday.

Later that night...

I got out of work and went to Jessie's bonfire. It was so fun. We played water-pong. Because none of my nerdy friends like to drink. Which is fine, I'd rather not drink with them anyways. I respect their wishes.

Carly and I were on a water-pong team. We kicked butt! We were knocking cups out throw after throw. She's gonna be super great at it at college! Haha.

Dale decided to bring these cool things. You light the thing in the center and then the balloon fills and you can let it go into the air. I guess it's supposed to go out eventually and then fall to the ground. Hopefully we didn't start any forest fires!

I love nights like this. Just hanging out with lifelong friends who are there for you and who truly appreciate you as a good person in their life. I can bet that there will be many more of these kinds of events in the next couple weeks just because we're all about to take separate paths and go out on our own. We might not see some of the students in our grade for the rest of our lives. Its crazy to think that in just two weeks on May 27th, it may be the very last time I see some of the people in my class. Wow. How the time flies...

picture an hour #2.

Today not a lot is going on, however, I feel extremely overwhelmed. So after my meltdown last night, today I decided to do a picture an hour post just so I could convince myself that there isn't anything to be upset about. Last time I did this it was a bit more joyful. This time I'll probably complain a bit.

8:00-9:00

This is first hour for me. Today during physics we worked on our Rube Goldberg projects. (This picture is of someone else's that worked today) I'm slightly stressed because we have this project due where we have to either work in groups and actually make a Rube Goldberg machine, or we can work individually and draw one out very nicely and write a report on Rube Goldberg. I chose to do the individual project because I dont have time to build a machine that probably won't work. In addition to the project, we have a study guide, chapter review problems, and optional flashcards due at the beginning of next week. So I'm freaking out. Naturally.

9:00-10:00

Second hour is art. The only hour I can actually do what I want. Though half the time I end up spending it doing extra homework from other classes just so I can feel caught up. Today I finished up my clay pieces. This fish is one of them. I decided to do something a little bit more abstract than just a piece of clay.

10:00-11:00

Calculus is a total drag. Sorry I don't have a nice picture for you. There's nothing fun about the class whatsoever. Today we learned about antiderivatives and all this other nonsense garbage that I could seriously not care less about. But at least I like the teacher. That helps. Unfortunately we have a quiz coming up on tuesday and a project as well.

11:00-12:00

English wouldn't be half as bad if the teacher was actually there more often. Instead, because he never is, he prints us off these huge packets to read and highlight 'important' stuff and then we have to write essay upon essay. Its really irritating. So by this Friday we have a rough and final draft due about how an essay we read called "Civil Disobedience" by Henry Thoreau is influenced by or is an extension of another essay we read called "Self Reliance" by Emerson. (I can't remember his first name and I don't care enough to look).

12:00-1:00

Lunch is always nice. Except for when the whole time all you do is talk to your best friend about how much the two of you have to get accomplished in the next couple days. But Dove Chocolates always made things a little bit better at least. Usually I spend my lunch period eating in the library while I do homework.

1:00-2:00

Fifth hour in the library I finished up my calculus homework. I try to get everything I possibly can done in the library during fifth and sixth hour because I have so many other things to do. I have college tonight so I won't have time to do calculus or anything else so two hours in the library can be very helpful.

2:00-3:00

I'm in the library until 2:41 actually, and for the remainder of the school day I tutor a kid. (I know, I'm so nice giving away MY study period time) He needs it more than I do though, so I try to be generous when I can and when I need to be. This is my best effort to smile, and just appreciate everything that I have going for me, and to just realize that all this hard work will pay off, I just have to keep pushing through.

So, my original goal with this post was to prove to myself that everything I have going on right now isn't really that much, but I think I proved to myself the opposite seeing how everything I listed isnt even everything because I have 8 scholarships to finish by the next month. I think that's reason enough to get off the internet and start crackin'. I have a lot to accomplish. Wish me luck!

& Enjoy your day!

picture an hour #1.

This is my first ever picture an hour post. School is boring, so I decided to do this post starting with the first hour of my school day. It turned out to be a lot of fun. Here goes nothing...

8:00-9:00
I have Physics first hour. We are supposed to have a test tomorrow but today the teacher was gone so now our test is moved back to Thursday. So today I basically got to lay around and do nothing.

9:00-10:00
Second hour I have art. Right now we're all working on the clay unit. I am not fond of working with clay, but I love art and I can turn just about anything into something really cool. So even though I don't like clay, I'm giving it a chance.

10:00-11:00
Third hour I have Calculus. It is the most dreaded class of the day. Today we learned about applications of the First Derivative Test and the Concavity Test. It is about as fun as it sounds. Such a blast. NOT.

11:00-12:00
Fourth hour is English for me. I like English, however, sometimes I do not like the assignments we are made to do. I love reading, but I do not like to read when I am made to. Good thing I finnished the book today!

12:00-1:00
Lunch time is almost always the best time of the day. Time to relax, and catch up on everything that I've missed from other classes. This is a picture of my best friend and I.

1:00-2:00
Because I take two college classes, I am allowed to leave after lunch. Most of the time I end up staying because I have tons of homework. So today I stayed in the library and worked on my calculus. I found this mask and my friends and I decided to make him be a part of our table.

2:00-3:00
I continued to stay at the school for the next hour as well. During this hour I worked on some physics problems and chilled out with my friend Cody who comes into the library periodically because he is a peer tutor. Over all my day at school was a good day. (o:
